Can I pick up my order in Chicago?+
Yes. Choose "Pick Up" when you order and collect it from our shop at 3118 W Devon Ave, Chicago. We also deliver locally and ship anywhere in the U.S.
Do you offer a price match?+
Yes. Find a lower advertised price on an identical printed product and we'll match it. Send us the link or quote and we'll take care of the rest.
What if I don't have a design?+
Our in-house designers can create it for you. Choose "Artwork Required" when ordering, or request a quote and tell us what you have in mind. You'll approve a proof before anything is printed.
What file types do you accept?+
Print-ready PDF is best. We also accept AI, EPS, PSD, high-resolution JPG/PNG and TIFF. Include 0.125" bleed and keep text 0.125" inside the trim line. Not sure? Send what you have and we'll check it for free.
Will I see a proof before printing?+
Always. Every order gets a digital proof for your approval. Nothing goes to press until you say it looks right.
How long does printing take?+
Most business cards, flyers and postcards are ready in a few business days, and many signs and banners sooner. Need it faster? Call or text us — rush service is available on most products.
Do I pay when I place an order online?+
No payment is taken at checkout. We review your order and files, send your proof and invoice, and print once you approve. You can pay online by card or in store.
Do you print for businesses outside Chicago?+
Absolutely. We've served Chicagoland and the suburbs since 1992 and ship orders nationwide.
