A banner that's too small gets ignored, and one that's too big can be hard to hang. Use viewing distance as your guide.
Popular sizes
| Size | Best for |
|---|---|
| 2x4 ft | Counters, tables and indoor walls |
| 3x6 ft | Storefronts and events — our most popular |
| 4x8 ft+ | Fences, building fronts and roadside visibility |
Text size rule of thumb
Every inch of letter height is readable from about 10 feet away. If people will read your banner from 100 feet, use letters at least 10 inches tall.
Grommets and hanging
Choose grommets every 2 feet for outdoor banners exposed to wind, or just the corners for indoor use.
